Week One: LA, California Track Camp

Kat and I (Carmen M) got the wonderful opportunity to participate in the women's elite team pursuit camp in LA, California. Other riders at the camp were Alison Powers, Kristin Armstrong, Lauren Franges, Kori Seehafer and Christen King. The camp was run by a Andy Sparks who helped push us every day to make great improvements.



Week Two: Salt Lake City, TOSH (The Orthopedic Surgery Hospital)
